Existing Tenants Information
By renting a Lyndon Estate property you are helping us meet our aim of preserving and improving The Estate for the benefit of those of us living here today and future generations - thank you.
We appreciate that from time to time you may require our assistance to resolve any matters that arise. If your tenancy began post March 2019 you will have received some property specific guidance notes that should help you avoid and resolve issues - a further copy of such is available upon request.
We carry out routine repairs and improvements between lettings (to minimise disruption) or as part of a planned maintenance cycle. Notification of any scheduled works will be provided in advance.
Priority is always given to urgent or emergency repair work.
If you need to report a problem please get in contact and we will respond as quickly as possible.
To arrange routine maintenance you're responsible for under the terms of the Tenancy Agreement (boiler servicing, chimney sweeping, gutter clearing, decorating, gardening etc.) view the trade contacts page where you'll find the details for our excellent team of contractors.
In the event of a genuine emergency, that is a situation that puts the health, safety and security of you or another person, or even the property itself at risk, directly call (as appropriate) the emergency services (dial 999) or one of our trade contractors - if you do not get through call the Estate Office.
